This guy's a fuck-up. I was looking at Clark County's Small Claims Court website and it appears that Jay Sherbondy is trying to sue Tony & Margo Holly (go to http://redrock.co.clark.nv.us/JCCalendar/CalendarSearch.aspx and search 'Sherbondy' and indicate that the court dates are from today to 01/31/2008)
Does anyone know what this is about? His court date is 01/23/2008 at 12:55pm so if anyone wants to see that piece of shit one last time, now's your chance!

You might want to make sure you talk to the attorney general's office in Las Vegas and let them know your experiences with Jay. They are putting together a case and would be interested in your testimony. This goes to everyone who has been scammed by him.
yeah I know what those are about. Jay is pissed off that these people left his employment and they butted heads with him so he filed rediculous suits against them. Check under nancy benton too, his sister. She's got a couple as well that Jay is speaking for.

I think my friend is about to be scammed by this man. She has a business card with the name Dr. Joshua James Jay on it and an email address as joshua@icallbacknetwork.com and a phone number as (702)510-3585. She is fifty years old and lives alone in Nevada. She works hard every day at a convienience store and this seemingly successful man came in and told her she would be perfect for his business. She has/had a meeting set up in Las Vegas, this saturday, until I informed her about your site. I sent her the picture that was posted and she confirmed it is him. How should she proceed? Should she keep this meeting? Should she have the cops show up? Let me know.

A phone number registered to them ("Globalreach Int, 213-430-4397) is spamming just about the entire world (myself included!) with its bogus calls. They're an obvious credit card scam and if they're still looking for evidence to put this guy away for good, that would be an excellent place to start.
Also, I'm curious now. How are things going against this guy?
Jay owes me $500.00 from a website he was going to start. My husband passed away. I needed the money. The site never came to fruition. He refused to return the money to me.
This guy it at it again! He know claims to be "Lee Benton" and is working for "Dr. Jason Secord"!
He has ripped my call center off almsot $3,000! He refuses to pay and now another call center called me and said that he ripped them off almost $4,000!!!
He claims to be a retired doctor with tons of money and he claims to be religious!
We are filing a lawsuit against him and hopefully get our money and put him behind bars!!
He is living in the Las Vegas area still "so he claims" and has told me to "take him to court because I will never forget it"!

Lee Benton is a real person. But if Jay is using Lee's name... That is not right.
I know Jay personally. His niece is a family friend of mine. Everyone posted negatively about Jay is correct. He is a con artist and a liar and only lives to help himself and hurt his family. Lee Benton is the husband to one of Jay's sisters. That fact that he's using Lee's name really makes me mad. I'm going to inform his niece tonight...

I am trying to post this message on all the different blogs against Jay so pardon the redundancy. Basically I am interested in starting communication with all of you, who are willing, who have been trying to get this guy stopped. Obviously by all the posts he is actively engaging in this and doesn’t seem to want to stop. But there are some people out there who may be in a position to get this guy slowed down if not stopped. He is and has hurt a lot of people and when I say hurt I mean financially devastate. So what I am offering is a safe, confidential way to get in touch and start talking about what we know and can do. I have set up an anonymous email address that I am willing to take emails at and open up some dialog. Now I’m not stupid and realize that you may be suspicious of me being Jay and trying to out people so I will not ever ask you your identity in our private emails and will give you my identity first if we decide to share that info. Please email me from a free anonymous account so there is no worry of being identified and so that issue can be taken off the table so we can just talk. I also realize some of you that post are really pissed so please don’t take this as an insult but I don’t want to deal with jerks just as much as you probably don’t want me to be a jerk. Let’s agree to not be jerks! And as for Jay who I am sure is reading this….please please do your best to mess with me because I know you will do what you can to try and figure out who this is. My best advice to you sir is to stop what you are doing and go underground and stay there. Because you are going to get caught again, its just a matter of time.

I had to drop in to revisit and see what is happening with this person's "business" ventures. Yeah, he owes me some money, too, for work I did but it's not a lot and I consider it time wasted, lesson learned, and worth the lost dollars to not be associated with such a demented persona. He's a pirate. He has earned my complete distrust and distaste but he is good for one thing. He's a stunning example of a hypocrite. Ethic-anything should not be used in the same sentence with his name, Christ-anything ditto. And he's a very slow learner. Fraud. Fake. Bloodsucker. Leech (sorry, redundant). Phony. Can you imagine him and Bernie M. working on the same team? Nah. Even Bernie had standards.
I know for a fact he has been picked up by the US Marshalls... Maybe this time he can realize crime does not PAY...
I have just had some dealings with this fucker. He almost ruined what I built up for years. He truly convinced me for a while then he started to slip as the dumbass will with everyone else. Hopefully before he takes someone for big money. I am not going to get into details but if he comes anywhere near my zip code he will regret it.

I got screwed by Jason, Dr. Lee Benton and other aka's here in Utah 2011. Everything said about him is true and last known he was arrested at his 10000 sf home for mortgage fraud in Iron County. YES he uses Lee Benton.
Jay Harry Sherbondy is now alive and hope not so well in Cedar City, UT
